In movement for birth

A preparation for birth while moving in 10 sessions of 60-90 minutes including 8 before birth and 2 after the birth (with your child) organised in collaboration with the Studio Rééquilibre. I offer these sessions to the future mothers on Wednesday afternoons (groups of 5-7 women), from 25 weeks of pregnancy with the consent of their gynecologist and co-animated with a Pilates instructor from Rééquilibre.

The 5 prenatal sessions consist of a theoretical part, but focus mainly on body exercises following your own rhythm, breathing exercises and relaxation as well as massages. These sessions concentrate on the woman's body, the pregnancy, contractions/pain management, childbirth and the postnatal period including breastfeeding. These will be mixed with 3 sessions of Pilates.

The 2 sessions after the birth take place with your baby and relate to the "real" family life, sleep, breastfeeding, sexuality, perineal reeducation and fitness with baby. These sessions will take place within 4-8 weeks post birth.

A special moment for you and your child, an opportunity to make you feel good!

When :

Wednesday from 4.30 pm to 6 pm (before birth)
Wednesday from 15h to 16h30 (after the birth, with baby)

"Quand je sens la légèreté de sa main, la douceur de sa voix, je sais que c’est elle ma maman.
Quand je sens un peu plus de poids sur moi, alors je sais que c’est lui mon papa.
Ces deux mains qui se joignent pour me parler m’ont donné l’envie d’être là!"
